Different rates may apply in low season (November – February).

Additional mandatory costs per stay:

• After each stay, I thoroughly clean the apartment, which is why I charge all guests a €75 cleaning fee.
• Tourist tax is 12.5% of the overnight rate (excluding VAT and this tourist tax), which I remit to the City of Amsterdam.
